Book Rebalance

who owns what, and what has to move

What this is working on

Each crew owns a set of properties; days fall out of that.

— properties · — crews on the board

A typical quarter: lose ~10, win ~40 over three months.

Properties lost

Properties won

Disruption budget 12

The most properties allowed to change crews. This is the number nobody else in the market lets you set.

Protect crews

Locked crews keep their existing books. New wins and cascade repairs go only to unlocked crews.

A reroute from scratch is the annual one — it ignores the disruption budget and every crew relearns its book.

Pins are colored by owning crew. Properties that changed hands are ringed white; new wins are ringed amber.
